and experienced auditors that provide services in auditing
the Books and Financial Statements prepared by clients’
accounting department to express an opinion on the Financial
Statements based on our audit and certify them before
the clients submit them to the Commercial Registrar and
the Revenue Department which is required by the Thai law.
The audit is conducted in accordance with generally accepted
auditing standards, which also includes examining, on
a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures
in the Financial Statements and assessing the accounting
principles used and significant estimates made by the
management, as well as evaluating the overall Financial
Statements presentation.
We also provide audit services for internal control
purposes.
