Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting
With our computerized accounting system, you receive timely Financial Statements every month. Your accounts are prepared in English/Thai by our senior accounting staff, who have the qualification prescribed in Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000), in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) under the supervision of our partners, who are Certified Public Accountants.

Generally, we train your staff how to keep proper documentation for accounting and tax purposes and we pick up the transaction papers to do the bookkeeping for you on a monthly or weekly basis.

At the end of each fiscal period (month, quarter or year), the financial reports that you may wish to instruct us to provide you are as follows:

  • Balance Sheet detailing assets and liabilities at the end of each fiscal month
  • Profit & Loss Statement listing revenues and detailing expenses of the previous fiscal month as well as the year-to-date figures
  • Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Job Ledger (detailing revenues and costs of each and all project jobs)
  • Aging schedule of accounts receivable
  • Aging schedule of accounts payable
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
  • Fixed Assets Ledger detailing each asset item, acquired cost, date of purchase, depreciation of the current fiscal year and accumulated depreciation.
  • Detailed General Ledger
  • Detailed Journal Entries

If your company has its own format of monthly reporting that you have to submit to your parent company overseas, we will work with you in order to fulfill your reporting requirements with attention paid to timeliness and formats.

Furthermore, our fluent English speaking senior partners are pleased to arrange a meeting with your management team to review the company's financial statements, to discuss tax planning and to provide advice on related business issues.

Our Fee: Starting from US$ 100 per month, depending on the workload and the client’s requirements.
 
 
Accounting Staff Training

If your accounting staff do not have experience or sufficient knowledge in doing their accounting related jobs, we have experienced trainers to train them for you, from preparing checks, accounting documentation, bookkeeping, books closing, financial reporting, to management reporting.
 
 
Accounting Software Training
We provide services on setting up computerized accounting softwares for the clients who have their own in-house accounting department and also provide full training for the clients’ accounting staff on the softwares.
